Experience Virtual Reality

In this blog I will keep everybody updated on my progress regarding the simulation software called Experience Being a Baby. Experience Being a Baby is intended to let you experience how it is to be a baby. Just think about all the memories we can not remember because our brain was focused on learning to talk, crawl, and walk. I for one is very exited about getting to experience how it is to be a baby. It is aimed for virtual reality and with the Oculus Rift and DK2 in mind.

Progress Report April

Hello I have begun making animations and a leveling system for Experience Being a Baby. I have also begun making other scenes. If you like to see how long I have come you are very welcome to watch the following video showing my progress.

First road block

I recently had my first road block in Unity 5. There was a problem in Unity 5 with getting stuck while clustering however after some working I have finally fixed it (at leas for now) and now clustering, baking, and building my simulation of Experiencing Being a Baby works again. I am now ready to begin addressing some chances in my prof of concept. The first thing I will do is to fix the legs on the baby boy so they look normal.

Now I can just hope I wont meet that same problem with Unity 5 again.
